News

On Thursday 12th December '19 we invited parents from our children in EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2 to share a story with their child to help to promote our love for reading and allow our children the opportunity to share our new library with their parents.

Parents were also welcome to bring a blanket or something cosy to enjoy the story and we provided the hot chocolate and marshmellows!

Our pupils joined with Joseph Turner Primary pupil's to take part in National Tree Week.

Sandwell Council are planting 5,000 trees this winter for reception children who started school this year.

[November '19]

November '19 saw our wonderful new library relaunched to pupils and parents after having an amazing face lift from our resident artist, Darrell Wakelam, which was inspired by our pupil's favourite book characters.

Remember your child will have access to the new library during the school day, but the library will also be open to parents to share with their child on Mondays and Tuesdays at 3.30pm and on Fridays at 1.30pm.
